Employment with Completed Vocational Training (§18a Abs. 1 Residence Act)
Required Documents:
Note: Additional documents may be required for older employees, family reunification, and other specific circumstances.
- Power of Attorney, if applicable, Sub-Power of Attorney
- Valid Passport as a Colour Scan
- Declaration on Visa Procedure
- CV
- Job Offer or Signed Employment Contract
- Proof of Qualification from a Qualified Vocational Training (usually at least 2 years) in the Original and with a Translation
- If already available: Certificate of equivalence. If this is not yet available, a recognition procedure must be carried out.
- Declaration on the Employment Relationship
